4. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact@increasesoft.com.
TeamSpeak BOT
These terms apply to contracting our poke and events BOT for TeamSpeak. You purchase the BOT license only.
- You purchase the BOT license only. No voice server is included; the BOT plugs into a voice server that you provide (TeamSpeak or TeaSpeak, third-party software).
- We are not responsible for third-party reports that result in the attached TeamSpeak server being added to the TeamSpeak Systems blacklist. That check is enforced by the TeamSpeak client itself, outside our control.
- We do not sell TeamSpeak servers. If you want your own server, we direct you to Authorized TeamSpeak Host Providers (ATHP) and only connect (plug in) the BOT to that server.
Twitch BOT
These terms apply to our BOT for Twitch streams. The BOT is currently free and may be subject to future changes.
- The Twitch Bot is free during the current phase. Any future billing will be announced in advance.
- Bot usage is subject to Twitch Terms of Service. Accounts suspended by the platform will automatically have the service terminated.
Telegram notifications
These terms apply to Tibia Watch notifications delivered over Telegram, an optional feature that only starts once you connect a chat with our bot to your account.
- Messages are sent by Tibia Watch through the official Telegram Bot API, from the @Tibiawatchbot bot. We are not affiliated with Telegram and the channel may become unavailable without prior notice. We never ask for a phone number: what we store is the numeric id Telegram assigns to your conversation with the bot, plus your @username, which only serves to let you recognise the connection on screen.
- Connecting requires explicit acceptance of these terms, recorded with the version of the text, the date and time, the IP address and the browser used. That record is the evidence of your authorisation and is kept even after you disconnect the chat.
- Coin billing notices (invoice issued, due reminder, payment received and invoice expired) are transactional: they do not follow your channel preferences and do not depend on Watch Plus, and they keep being sent for as long as the chat stays connected.
- Game notifications are part of Watch Plus and you choose each one: deaths, level, login and logout for the characters you nominate, up to your plan’s character limit, the respawn queue notice (on by default) and the respawn-freed notice (off by default). Char Bazaar alerts are also delivered over Telegram and do not require Watch Plus — the Free plan receives them within its daily quota. Guild events and product announcements are not delivered over Telegram. There is no message ceiling: the volume follows that choice.
- You can stop delivery at any time: disconnect the chat on the site, send /stop to the bot, remove the monitored characters, uncheck the notice types or block the bot in Telegram. Disconnecting on the site and sending /stop also delete that account’s monitored characters, so nothing else is sent to that chat.
- The bot answers automatically: what you write to it is not read by a person in real time and may be forwarded to our support team so they can help you. Do not send sensitive data there. The channel that carries a response deadline and a thread both sides can re-read is a ticket, opened on the site.
