How it works

1. A partner opens a draw. Before the first entry, the server publishes a commitment to a secret and to a future round of a public randomness beacon.
2. Viewers enter by typing !sorteio in the chat. No following, no account.
3. The clock closes the window. The list is frozen and its hash published — nobody can add, remove or reorder a name after this.
4. The committed beacon round publishes, the winner is derived from it, and the secret is revealed. You can recompute the whole thing in your browser.
